Yes. We offer in-house repair services for all equipment that you purchased from New Citizen’s Dental. We’re also authorized by Nakanishi, Inc. to repair all original NSK products. If you have any concerns feel free to contact us.

Fake or counterfeit NSK handpieces have flooded the market recently. Although it may look the same as the original, the quality is totally different. That’s why a lot of our customers would like to know how to spot the fake from the original. Some counterfeits are obvious; being sold at very low prices, or even having the NSK logo printed backwards. However, some counterfeits are very well copied, which makes it difficult to tell just by looking at it. NSK recommends to buy your handpieces from official NSK Authorized Dealers.
